Sign in Procedures

The Committee have mandated that signing in is a mandatory condition of entry for all members of the club via:

  • Using the QR code that is located on every table throughout the club, or

  • Using the manual individual contact tracing form located throughout the club. This will be stored securely on site

  • If you require assistance with contact tracing please do not hesitate to ask our staff for assistance

  • You must have your valid Membership card with you. No card, No entry.

  • Staff and committee will be auditing compliance.

  • Masks must be worn while entering and exiting the Club.

Club Bar Entry
Port Road Entrance - Members Only

Open from 11am daily

  • Entry is restricted to Members and Affiliates Only

  • Members must sign in on arrival using the QR Code or manual contact tracing forms

  • You must remain seated and maintain physical distancing of 1m at all times

  • We are limited to 100 guests through this entrance, on a first in first served basis.

  • Please follow staff instructions on arrival

  • Rest assured we are constantly cleaning high touch point areas to keep you safe, especially at our payment counters

  • Contactless payment is still preferred i.e. paywave, membership account, however we will accept cash.

  • To improve contactless payments, we encourage members to add credits to their membership card.

  • Bar snack menu will be available from 3pm Thursday and Friday, and 12pm Saturday and Sunday.


Club Restaurant Entry
Philomel Road Entrance - Member + 2 Guests

Thursday - Sunday from 5.30pm

  • Entry through Philomel Road entrance

  • Booking is recommended – please call to book your table due to capacity restrictions via 07 865 8705 ext 3 from 12pm Thursday,

  • Members are limited to bringing 2 guests for dining in the restaurant, including children

  • You must sign in on arrival using the QR Code or manual contact tracing forms will be available

  • You will be seated, have a single server where possible, and separated from other groups

Gaming Machines

  • Sanitizing wipes will be available at each machine.

  • Please sanitize your machine prior to use and once you are finished.

  • Staff will be sanitizing machines every 2 hours

TAB Betting Terminals

  • Only 1 person at a time at each betting terminal

  • If queueing, please be aware of social distancing between yourself and groups

  • Sanitizing wipes will be available at each machine.

  • Please sanitize your machine prior to use and once you are finished

  • Staff will be sanitizing machines every 2 hours

  • For betting redemptions, please proceed to Till #1 to claim

Sport & Adjunct Activities

  • We will be refurbishing our dancefloor over the next week, so for this reason and due to the restrictions on numbers we will be closing the darts, snooker and 8 ball areas of the club off until further notice

  • Activties such as cards, table tennis, mahjong, or other activities that share equipment will not be permitted until further notice.

  • The sports and dance area of the club will be closed until further notice.

We have a strong commitment to health and safety and want to ensure the safety of all people in our premises. However, our success also depends on the personal responsibility of you, our customers. These are the most important things that you can do:

  • COVID-19 is still out there. Play it safe. Keep your distance from other people in public.

  • If you’re sick, stay home. Don’t come here, go to work or school. Don’t socialise.

  • If you have symptoms of cold or flu call your doctor or Healthline and get tested. If you are at the Club displaying flu like symptoms, please do not be offended if staff discuss this with you, and ask you to leave the premises.

  • Wash your hands. Wash your hands. Wash your hands.

  • Sneeze and cough into your elbow, use our hand sanitizing stations located around the Club

  • If you have been told to self-isolate you must do so immediately.

  • Keep a track of where you’ve been and who you’ve seen.

We will be reviewing the above as we are updated, and we may need to make changes.
